Research on marriages, relationships and your health generally finds that married people are better off than those who are single.  This article, published in the New York Times, points out the flaws in that research and goes further by looking at the relevance of the quality of the relationship as it relates to improved quality of life.  I hold that indeed, the quality of the relationship is paramount!  One might ask the question:  Is a Bad relationship better than No relationship?  Of course not!  The really good news is that unsatisfactory relationships can be repaired, recovered and improved yielding a better life! experience!  So let’s get to it!
